Bright Eyes is a locally owned and independent practice. Dr. Garmon was born and raised in Plymouth and is passionate about supporting her hometown community. She completed her undergraduate studies at Indiana University with a major in Biology. She continued at the Indiana University School of Optometry where she graduated with honors with her Doctorate. She is certified through the National Board of Examiners in Optometry. She specializes in primary eye care, pre and post operative care, contact lenses, as well the treatment and management of ocular diseases. Dr. Garmon believes that every patient is unique. That is why she is dedicated to personalizing your treatment to fit your needs.
